I try hard to drink the recommended 8-10 glasses of water per day but I really struggle.
Juicing has helped me to get the extra few glasses of fluid in each day. It has been a great way for me to ensure I stay hydrated and it’s definitely true when they say
‘ the more hydrated your body the more energized you will feel! ‘
Refuel Juice :
• 3 small beets
•2-3 Granny Smith or Gala apples
•1 cup blackberries
•1/2" piece of fresh ginger
•lemon to taste (I use about 1/2)
This is so tasty. Loaded with antioxidants. Such a great idea for fluids.
